Baltimore Zoo Mansion Wedding | Meryl & Dyami

December 6, 2017

When Meryl booked me for her and Dyami’s Baltimore Zoo Mansion wedding this November I was thrilled.  I mean, it was at the ZOO for crying out loud! This was all before I really got to know Meryl.  After meeting for their Georgetown engagement session (which you can find HERE), I knew that Meryl is the epitome of a Brittney Livingston Bride! She is so kind and caring, genuine and just overall a nice person who also values photography.  Meryl and Dyami were so go with the flow for their engagement session I knew their wedding was going to be one of my absolute favorites this year, and let me tell you, it certainly was!

Meryl and I were in frequent communication leading up to their wedding date at the Baltimore Zoo Mansion.  We talked timeline and lighting, all the things that I love talking with couples about.  You see, Meryl really wanted her photos with Dyami to have beautiful lighting so she planned her wedding ceremony time around that.  We started the day at the beautiful Embassy Suites at the Baltimore Inner Harbor and Meryl really knocked it out of the park with her details.  Classic and elegant, touches of rose gold and pieces that will be timeless forever! Her suite had the most amazing light and I literally squealed when I saw her dress hanging in the door way.

Meryl looked stunning with her hair and makeup done in a classic and timeless manor.  playing up her very best features! After she was ready it was time for portraits with Dyami at the Baltimore Zoo Mansion and the zoo grounds!  Even though light was fading fast and it was freezing out Meryl and Dyami were such troopers and we got some of my favorite images ever.

Their wedding was sentimental and sweet, paying special attention to the bond and commitment they are making to each other, before God.  The reception didn’t disappoint either.  That dance floor was hopping all night and I even got a dance lesson or two, haha! I am so excited to share these images with you and hope you love them as much as I do.

Meryl and Dyami, thank you so much for choosing me to photograph your special day!  Congratulations, newlyweds!
